Dried onion

Main applications of dried onions: industrial manufacture of dried soups, catering, trade. In addition, it is used as a component of dried minced meat and some dried seasoning mixes and it is added to the concentrate soups, canned vegetables, pickles, meat paste and ketchup.

 

 

 

 

- Product shape and size: half slices, flakes, powder.

- Taste and flavor: product with preserved color, taste and aroma.

- Moisture: 8-10%

- Packaging: PP bags with polyethylene enclosure.

Corrugated cardboard boxes with polyethylene enclosure.

- Vacuum food package PA / PE (corrugated and standard transparent) - subject to agreement.

- Packing: 12-15 kg.
