Dried white cabbage

In the production of dried cabbage for industry, we mainly use mid or late cabbage varieties. In general, the finished product is necessary in the food industry but also some housewives prefer to add dried cabbage in homemade dishes.

 

 

 

 

 

- Product Form: Shredded.

- Taste and flavor: product with preserved color, taste and aroma.

- Moisture: 8-10%

- Packaging: PP bags with polyethylene enclosure.

Corrugated cardboard boxes with polyethylene enclosure.

- Vacuum food package PA / PE (corrugated and transparent standard) - subject to agreement.
